Per raccontare questo evento non servono parole. E’ stato un evento indimenticabile per gli amanti dei Venom e non solo. Mantas ed Abaddon, più che sessantenni, riescono ad infiammare il palco con la stessa energia di quando erano ragazzi. Davvero in ottima forma!!! Tutta l’energia del concerto, nonostante fosse in Live Stream è arrivata anche attraverso lo schermo. Impossibile non cantare tutte le loro canzoni da “Welcome To Hell” a “Black Metal” a “Countess Bathory” hanno lasciato davvero il segno. Mantas ed Abaddon hanno condiviso il palco con dei loro amici fidati. Tom Gabriel Fischer Warrior dei Celtic Frost che ha cantato “Welcome To Hell” in modo impeccabile, lasciando tutti i fan senza fiato.

Piotr Wiwczarek dei Vader con “Genocide”. Ammetto di non conoscere molto bene questo cantante ma non sono molto fan dei Vader.

Veniamo al momento clou della serata con Tom Angelripper ed Andy Brings dei Sodom con “Angel Dust” e “1000 Days in Sodom” e che cover strepitose!!! Tom nonostante il ritiro dalla band momentanea ha dimostrato di voler esserci per celebrare una band che ha fatto la storia della musica estrema. Andy con la chitarra insieme a Mantas hanno suonato due bellissime e ribelli canzoni.

Non poteva mancare la cover di “Black Metal” con Schmier dei Destruction, una leggendaria band Thrash Metal tedesca che insieme a Sodom e Kreator hanno fatto la storia del Thrash.

“In Nomine Satanas” e “Sons Of Satan” con Dan Lilker al basso, dai Nuclear Assault ed Anthrax che ha accompagnato queste note infernali in questo 45° Anniversario.

Per rendere la serata ancora più ricca di fiamme e sangue è entrato Attila Csihar dei Mayhem cantando “Bloodlust”. L’esibizione più provocatoria, dove Attila ha persino lanciato varie aste del microfono. Riesce ad essere un vero demone entrando con la sua voce gutturale e teatrale sul palco.

“Countess Bathory” con Diva Satanica dei Bloodhunter che è entrata con una ballerina vestita da fantasma per il rituale dei Venom. La sua voce gutturale ed aggressiva ha davvero infiammato il palco. Non molti sanno che insegna canto.

Il finale da quasi far commuovere anche i più cattivi, con tutti gli Special Guest di questa serata entrando e cantando “In League With Satan”. Da performers a persone normali. La transizione è evidente. Una vera e propria festa a fine concerto. Attila cantando in gutturale, Tom che beveva la sua birra, Andy che abbracciava tutti. Il messaggio è arrivato al pubblico. Sì, siamo cattivi, ma solo sul palco.

To describe this event, words are not enough. It was an unforgettable event for Venom fans and beyond. Mantas and Abaddon, both in their sixties, manage to set the stage on fire with the same energy they had when they were young. Truly in great shape!!! All the energy of the concert, even though it was a Live Stream, came through the screen as well. It was impossible not to sing along to all their songs — from “Welcome To Hell” to “Black Metal” to “Countess Bathory” — they truly left their mark. Mantas and Abaddon shared the stage with some of their trusted friends. Tom Gabriel Fischer Warrior of Celtic Frost sang “Welcome To Hell” impeccably, leaving all the fans breathless.

Piotr Wiwczarek of Vader performed “Genocide”. I admit I don’t know this singer very well, as I’m not much of a Vader fan.

Now to the highlight of the evening: Tom Angelripper and Andy Brings of Sodom with “Angel Dust” and “1000 Days in Sodom” — what incredible covers!!! Tom, despite his temporary retirement from the band, showed that he wanted to be there to celebrate a band that made history in extreme music. Andy on guitar alongside Mantas played two beautiful and rebellious songs.

Of course, there was also a cover of “Black Metal” with Schmier of Destruction, a legendary German Thrash Metal band that, together with Sodom and Kreator, made the history of Thrash.

“In Nomine Satanas” and “Sons Of Satan” featured Dan Lilker on bass, from Nuclear Assault and Anthrax, who accompanied these infernal notes in this 45th Anniversary.

To make the evening even more packed with fire and blood, Attila Csihar of Mayhem took the stage singing “Bloodlust”. The most provocative performance of the night, where Attila even threw several microphone stands. He truly becomes a demon, stepping onto the stage with his guttural and theatrical voice.

“Countess Bathory” featured Diva Satanica of Bloodhunter, who entered alongside a dancer dressed as a ghost for the Venom ritual. Her guttural and aggressive voice truly set the stage ablaze. Not many people know that she also teaches singing.

The finale was enough to move even the most hardened souls — all the Special Guests of the evening came back on stage to sing “In League With Satan”. From performers to ordinary people. The transition was clear. A true celebration at the end of the concert. Attila singing in guttural, Tom drinking his beer, Andy hugging everyone. The message got through to the audience: yes, we are evil — but only on stage.
